Why Trenchless Sewer Restoration?
Historically, sewer repair meant one thing – digging. Lots and lots of digging. Pipe is only a few feet underground? Didn’t matter. Dig. Small pipe that needed replacement? Doesn’t matter. Dig. Brand new driveways, walkways, and landscaping? Too bad. Dig.
But now with CIPP (Cured In Place Pipping), or sewer lining, this intrusive process is no longer necessary nor recommended unless absolutely necessary, it’s rarely ever necessary.
Instead of replacing old pipe, the old one is lined, creating a new pipe within the old and is filled with an epoxy like resin substance to seal the lining in place and quickly solve the problem.
